What To Wear
Share
The summer is quickly coming to an end with invitations to weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, and events to plan for. When it comes to weddings, the code is to not outshine the bride. That's simple enough but many times the question remains, What to wear? Casual events require casual dress, jeans, a simple dress, sneakers or a low heel shoe. Whatever you wear, do exercise some decorum. You don't have to be over-the-top, just keep it simple and remember less is more. Wedding guest attire can be simple as well. Attractive, relaxed or fitted long dress, knee length or a below the knee sheath, neutral or pastel shades, a heeled shoe (block heel or wedge heel if you're going to be outside so the heel won't sink into the ground), gloves are a classic touch, short or long and accessories, don't over do it with the accessories! Whe it comes to summer weddings, don't forget the sun glasses. Perfecto! You want to be remembered as being there but not over-the-top. We use fashion to reflect who we are by creating our own style with individual pieces, colors, and the essence we bring to the way we wear what we create.
